We provide instructor led classroom training on a variety of topics, including harassment- free workplace, EEO for managers and supervisors, interviewing and selection, progressive discipline, applicant flow tracking and performance management. Our live, in person training is provided by experienced attorneys and is customized to your company’s specific policies and training needs. We believe a qualified live trainer is the most effective method for providing managers and employees with a clear understanding of what is and is not appropriate workplace behavior, as well as training managers on the proper steps to take to avoid claims of harassment and discrimination.

Our online compliance courses are an excellent way to supplement instructor led training. These courses have been prepared by our experienced attorneys and experts in workplace discrimination and affirmative action. Registering for the courses is easy. Simply add the course to the cart, register and we will contact you for payment. Then we will send you a link to the course. After your employee has taken the course, they can send us the results of their final quiz and we will mail a certificate of completion to you for your records.

This training includes a 10 question quiz at the end to test whether the employee understood the information provided in the course.

Employee Respect and Professionalism Workplace Training Extended
A 45 minute online training course for employees and managers that focuses on reducing harassment, including specific scenarios relating to sex, race, color, religion, national origin/ethnicity, age over 40, disability, social media harassment, and inappropriate behavior by managers. This training includes a 15 question quiz at the end to test whether the employee understood the information provided in the course.


Managers Additional Training
Managers Additional Training
An additional 10 minute course for managers to view after taking either of the above employee trainings. The manager’s portion focuses on a manager’s duty to recognize harassment and take the appropriate action when confronting harassment.
