Development and/or review of Human Resource policies and procedures for companies in the areas of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance, workplace harassment and in other human resources areas. Development and presentation of training programs on such subjects as harassment-free workplace, EEO for managers and supervisors, interviewing and selection, progressive discipline, and performance management and appraisals.
» Complaint Resolution
Investigation and resolution of employee complaints. Preparation and presentation of the company's response to employee claims filed with state fair employment agencies and the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
» Human Resource Consulting
Provision of general assistance in human resources planning and management.
» Required Reporting
We prepare annual EEO-1 reports, VETS 100 and VETS 100A reports.
